Nowadays VFX is one of my primary fields of work, I create visual effects for TV series and commercials alike. My new demo reel is work in progress, so let me share some shots in the meantime. Also, if you need a specific example, feel free to reach out and ask for it!
Last year I had the oppurtunity to do the VFX for a feature film called Kegyelem (dir: Dömörör Tamás). I hope to share shots from it soon.
I was responsible for the VFX in the action/thriller short film called Moraj. Among other tasks, I designed and composited the display on a gun-like device that measures sound.
I made this composite as a task for my students at METU.
The task was not only to track the erratic movement of the hands, but to composite the energy orb in a way that it interacts with the environment, for example lights the grass and leaves nearby.
Another task for my METU students, the 3D track and composite of elements.
This effect was made for a TVC for Profession.hu, the largest online job portal in Hungary.
I'm including the effect test as well for this one, that was made prior to the shooting.
You can watch the whole commercial that I also edited on my Commercial Work page.
This shot is a display of tracking warping surfaces, one that I created for Schneiderpen as I needed to replace the design of a t-shirt.
You can watch the whole commercial that I also edited on my YouTube page.
I created the VFX for the short film Tarr Wars. My tasks included lightsabers, force lightning, sparks and fire, as well as a naked Scarlett Johansson. All in black and white, as a the film is inteded as a hommage/parody of the work of Tarr Béla.
This task was not too compilicated, but the effects work well together to create the fictional world of the narrator.
The poodle was on a crane.
For the documentary Triptichon, avagy Eszterházy János élete és öröksége, I was required to give motion to historical photograps, enabling the audience to connect with them even more.
No AI was used, these are all 2.5D composites, with some projection mapping.
This effect was designed to mimic the effects of 90's films for the TV series Mintaapák, on which I also worked as an assembly editor.
The reflection on the plaque was unpleasing in this ad for Continental Hotel Budapest, so I changed it to a more uniform one.
This effect involved the tracking of the reflection itslelf, as well as the isolation of the contents of the plaque.
Back in the day me and my friend had an idea of starting a social media channel somewhere, which would feature clips of us being put in famous films.
This is a compillation of effect test for that channel, that ultimately never came to fruition.
Classic green screen compositing.
